Shree Ramkrishna Export Wins SAIL HR Award
August 27, 09Shree Ramkrishna Export (SRE) has won the SAIL HR Award in recognition of its people practices. The large diamond manufacturer, based in India, has been ranked 14 among the top 25 companies cited for their "HR best practices."
The award was given in collaboration with one of the country's leading business schools, the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIM-A).
SRE Chairman, Govind Dholakia linked his company's HR practices to their ability to attract a high performance skilled workforce.
