Bridal 2005 Show Aims to Expand Bridal Jewelry Sales

Retail jewelers aiming to expand their bridal jewelry business are the main sector expected to attend the March 20-22 Bride 2005 show to be held at Pier 94 in
Owners, managers and buyers of independent retail jewelry stores and jewelry store chains along with managers and buyers of fine jewelry departments at department stores and mass merchants are expected to take part in the show.
Among the top names in jewelry design planning to take part in the exhibition are Tacori, Simon G. Jewelry, J.B. Star, Kira Kara, Ritani and Michael Bondanza.
Among the main educational events will be speeches from the Diamond Promotion Service's Executive Director Lynn Diamond and consultant Diane Warga-Arias on how to strategically position bridal jewelry for incremental sales. There will also be talks on what really influences engagement ring and wedding band purchases.
“The Bridal 2005 exhibit floor will consist of unique and dynamic products,” said Group Show Manager Rob Brice. “The diversified mix of designer jewelry and various price points will allow buyers to view many different collections that will add to their store or showroom.”
