Signet is North America's Biggest Grossing Jeweler, Followed by Richemont

(IDEX Online) - Signet remained the biggest-grossing jeweler in North America by far in 2025, but Richemont replaced Walmart in the number two spot.
LVMH slipped from fifth to six place and Macy's dropped from seventh to eighth place in National Jeweler magazine's annual State of the Majors report on $100m supersellers (published on 20 May ahead of JCK).
Walmart was down from second to fourth biggest and Bucherer dropped out of the top 10 to the number 11 spot.
Costco rose from sixth to fifth place and Pandora moved from eighth to seventh and Watches of Switzerland from 11th to tenth.
The number of jewelry and watch retailers that qualified as supersellers - selling more than $100m - increased slightly, from 36 in 2024 to 37 in 2025.
Signet's total watch and jewelry sales for the year were $6.36 billion according to the report and had 2,329 outlets. Second-placed Richemont, the Swiss luxury conglomerate, sold $3.62 billion, with just 105 locations selling watches and jewlery.
