Dimexon Opens Shanghai Diamond Exchange Office

Dimexon International Holding BV started operations in China from their new office in the Shanghai Diamond Exchange, the company announced Monday.
The company, a fully owned subsidiary of the Dimexon, has an export oriented high end jewelry manufacturing facility in Qingdao with a license to market a part of their production in the Chinese market.
“The Shanghai office provides us an opportunity to achieve our business objectives by enhancing our distribution width into an important high growth market,” Dimexon CEO Rajiv Mehta said, adding that the new office will help them reach local retailers and jewelry manufacturers and penetrate the market.
Dr. Jiaqi Zhao will manage the Shanghai office, reporting to the regional office in Hong Kong which will coordinate all business activities in the greater China region.
The Dimexon group includes Dimexon Diamonds, India jewelry retail chain Kirtilals and Dimexon Jewellery Hong Kong. Dimexon Diamonds is a large DTC Sightholder and a Select Diamantaire of Rio Tinto and specializes in the round brilliant cut.
