ICA Launches 3rd World Poster Contest

The International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA) is launching its third world poster competition dedicated to promoting colored gemstones following the success of the first two international competitions in 2001 and 2003.

 

The entries for the third competition will be judged at the ICA’s next congress in Bangkok in 2005.

The posters should be colorful, must carry the ICA logo and the association’s full name. ICA‘s slogan “Go Color” must also be added.

All written information should be in English and the ICA is encouraging designers to add a slogan in their own language as a way of showing the worldwide strength of interest in colored gemstone.

In addition to receiving a monetary prize, the winners of the first, second and third places in the competition will enjoy widespread publicity in the international gem and jewelry trade media.

The competition rules will be made available on the ICA website in the next few weeks at gemstone.org, where posters from the earlier competitions can also be viewed.
