Nicole Kidman Expands Omega Contract

Swiss watch manufacturer Omega has announced that Oscar-winning actress Nicole Kidman has agreed to extend the scope of her partnership with the brand.

Kidman has been the face of Omega in Far Eastern markets since the start of the year. The new partnership will cover the rest of the world, except the United States and Australia. Kidman will figure in Omega’s ‘My Choice’ advertising campaign, which is set for launch in India next month. She’ll make several public appearances during the launch.

Kidman and Omega also partner to aid UNICEF, the U.N.’s children’s organization. They initially celebrated this with her first public appearance in January, launching the new Omega Quadrella watch in Japan, and signing a watch for auction to benefit UNICEF Japan.

The Omega brand is part of the Swatch group and usually teams with athletes and movie stars to promote its watches.

Kidman is currently promoting three Omega lines: the Constellation Quadrella Quartz, Constellation My Choice Quartz Mini, and the Seamaster Aqua Terra Quartz. She is one of 12 current brand spokespersons.
