To promote a new Estee Lauder cream Tuesday, the cosmetic giant paired up with British jewelry designer Stephen Webster, whose Femme Fatale Collection, set with Dali Diamond WebCut diamonds, was displayed at the cream's launch.

The focus of the collection is a platinum 19 carat diamond necklace featuring five WebCut diamonds, including a 3.07 carat D / LC center stone. The necklace is selling for $475,000.

Webster has an exclusive agreement with DTC Sightholder Dali Diamonds to supply him with diamonds. The WebCut is a Dali proprietary diamond cut that Webster often uses in his jewelry designs.

“I believe we couldn’t have found a better catalyst for the launch of our product than Britain’s star jewelry designer Stephen Webster,” commented Jean Christophe Jourde, managing director Estee Lauder/ Aramis and Designer Fragrances.

Said Stephen Webster, “When I was contacted by Estee Lauder to create a spectacular piece of jewelry to celebrate the launch of a new product that is the diamond of cosmetics, I immediately thought this would be a great partnership. The design and launch of our Femme Fatale Collection has been a fantastic journey so far and the collaboration with Estee Lauder and Vogue Germany makes it one of the highlights in the history of the brand.”

As part of the launch, Vogue Germany put Elizabeth Hurley, the face of Estee Lauder, wearing a Stephen Webster pendant, on its cover.
