In a meeting held at the Diamond Dealers Club (DDC) offices on 47th Street, DDC President Moshe Mosbacher and Treasurer Jacob Weinstock met with New York City Police Department Assistant Chief Raymond Diaz and discussed the state of security in the diamond district.

Mosbacher and Weinstock expressed their appreciation for the deep and longstanding cooperation and help offered by the New York City police department to the DDC. They went on to voice their gratitude at the police department's responsiveness to security issues raised by DDC members. During the meeting, DDC leadership highlighted several areas of concern where police response would benefit club members.
