Blue Nile CEO Irvine Sells Nearly $0.5M Worth of Company Shares

(IDEX Online News) - Diane Irvine, the CEO of online diamond retailer Blue Nile, sold 8,000 company shares on January 3, according to a SEC filing. This is the third time she does so in a span of a month. Irvine sold the shares for an average of $58.085 per share for a total of $464,680.

Irvine sold 5,000 shares of NILE stock on December 17 at the average price of $58 after selling 5,000 NILE shares on December 3 at an average price of $52 per share. The total value of the sold shares is $1.02 million.

Blue Nile’s shares are trading at $58.93 at publication time.
