These include American and Israeli companies as well as retailers, traders and diamantaires from other bourses.
According to Kaufman, attendees will have an opportunity to buy and sell from a very wide range of goods of all shapes, colors, sizes and prices.
In addition to the trading that will take place during Israel Diamond Week, Kaufman said other special events have also been planned.
These include presentations by industry journalist and analyst Chaim Even-Zohar on the state of the diamond trade and by Israel’s Ambassador United Nations, Ron Prosor.
The major sponsors of the Israel Diamond Week include the Forty Seventh Fifth Company LLC and the Gemological Institute of America.
Kaufman said that during the event, participants will have an opportunity to meet with representatives of various labs, insurance companies, security institutions, shipping companies and trade shows.
Diamond buyers at the Israel Diamond Week will be able to access and view the stock lists of diamonds available from DDC members as well as of every Israeli diamond firm participating in the event thanks to an IDEX Online service.
