New Jet Service Provides Speedy Link to Gaborone

February 02, 14 by Albert Robinson

(IDEX Online News)
– Shipping and logistics firm Malca-Amit has launched a jet shuttle service between Johannesburg and Gaborone where DTC Botswana and Okavango Diamond Company (ODC) have their facilities.

Called ‘The Gaborone Express’, the new shuttle service is provided by Malca-Amit, the Aviation Factory and Abelag Premier Private Jet Services.

The service is for Malca-Amit customers exporting DTC and Okavango Diamond Company rough diamonds from Gaborone.

The service enables clients to save a whole business day in Gaborone with flights providing a speedy link following landing in Johannesburg, with a board-to-board time of 30 minutes, according to the firms.

The jet brings passengers back to Johannesburg at the end of the day, allowing them to catch evening flights back to Europe or India.
