Helzberg Adds In-Store Pickup Facility for Online Buyers

(IDEX Online News) – Further blurring the online/offline distinction, Helzberg Diamonds has expanded its online shopping tools with an In-Store Pickup feature. The retailer said its customers can now shop, customize, select and purchase items online and pick them up at their local store.

According to Helzberg, 80 percent of customers browse diamond rings online, but purchase in-store.

“Many of our customers start their relationship with us online, and we are pleased to bring them new, convenient tools such as this…,” said Beryl Raff, Chairman and CEO of Helzberg Diamonds.

In-Store Pickup is available on both the desktop and mobile website for any item in stock at Helzberg Diamonds store locations, with most items ready for collection in an hour.

Helzberg Diamonds has more than 230 stores nationwide.
