(IDEX Online) - IDEX Online is delighted to announce the launch of an updated version of its smartphone app.
The upgraded IDEX Mobile offers a range of extra features, designed to make it quicker and easier to browse and buy while you're on the move.
It's available for free to IDEX Online registered members, and in addition to natural diamonds, they can now search for lab grown diamonds as well.
In the new app, diamonds in the search results display with images, videos and links to grading lab reports. Another key feature is the addition of the Buy Now functionality, and the ability for customers to track their purchases and sales.
They can also view and calculate diamond prices using the IDEX wholesale price report and Real Time Prices Calculator, as well as stay updated with industry news.
"We've also added the Buy Now feature to our app, so users can buy diamonds and initiate transactions, just like they've been doing on the website," said Tamar Katzav, COO at IDEX Online.
"This is a significant upgrade of the app. Customers told us they wanted to buy diamonds on their smartphone and we were more than happy to respond."
The app offers the same sophisticated search criteria as the website (4Cs plus make, polish and symmetry, grading lab, asking price per carat and availability - Buy Now, guaranteed available or out on memo) with separate listings for natural and lab growns.
