Abazias CEO Highest Bidder for Paris Hilton Watch

Oscar Rodriguez, CEO of online diamond store Abazias, was the highest bidder at a November 30 charity auction for watch #001 of the Paris Hilton Limited Edition Series. Rodriguez paid $125,000 for the Swiss-made watch that features 1,000 diamonds, 18k white gold and a 5 time-zone rotating ring.

Proceeds from the auction are going to the Memorial Sloan Kettering for Breast Cancer Research.

"We are thrilled to have participated in this event," says Oscar Rodriguez. "Abazias and Paris Hilton share a special bond. We showcase over 70,000 diamonds and it's very possible that she does too."

"I worked with the watchmakers and designed the entire watch and the box it came in," said Hilton at the December 1 launch of her line. "I'm going to have watches in all different price ranges, so all my fans and anyone can afford them."

The watch will be featured on Abazias.com this month.
