Sarin Establish New Hong Kong Subsidiary

Sarin Technologies Ltd. today announced the establishment of a new fully owned subsidiary in Hong Kong, ‘Sarin Hong Kong Limited’.

The new company will serve as a base for expanding Sarin's operations in Southeast Asia and particularly in mainland China. The company said that through Sarin Hong Kong Limited, it may establish additional entities in China and elsewhere in Southeast Asia.

In a release, the company said Sarin's management believes that having a fully owned legal entity in Hong Kong (with a view to establishing additional entities in the region, as mentioned above) will streamline its operations in the region and expedite its potential business growth.

Sarin Technologies develops and manufactures advanced planning, evaluation, and measurement systems for diamond grading & gemstone production. Sarin products include diamond cut grading tools (for round and fancy shapes), rough diamond optimization systems, gemology tools, diamond color grading, and laser marking machines.
