Hyde Park Jewelers Buys Traditional Jewelers

(IDEX Online News) – Denver-based Hyde Park Jewelers is expanding with the acquisition of Traditional Jewelers of Newport Beach, California.

“We are excited about this unique opportunity to continue the legacy which its founders began in a similar manner to our early days in the jewelry business,” said Michael Pollak, CEO and owner of Hyde Park Jewelers.

Traditional Jewelers was founded in 1975 and has been located at the Fashion Island Shopping Center for the past 20 years.

Next year, the store will be totally renovated and expanded to display an extensive collection of jewelry and timepiece brands, many of which are exclusive to the market. There will also be a strong commitment to further developing the store’s bridal and engagement business.

Hyde Park Jewelers has more than 36 years of experience at its flagship store in Denver, and has operated a store in the Forum Shops in Las Vegas for 14 years and the Biltmore Fashion Park for 10 years.

It will open a retailer-owned Rolex boutique this fall with the Rolex Presented by Hyde Park store at The Forum Shops at Caesars in Las Vegas. It will also open the first Omega store presented by a U.S. authorized dealer in Denver’s Cherry Creek Shopping Center.
