De Beers Jewellers Introduces Asian Collection

(IDEX Online News) – De Beers Diamond Jewellers introduced its latest Asian collection in Taipei, drumming up attention with a high profile event that included an award-winning actress and models. 
The new collection, Imaginary Nature, includes some unusually large rings and neckpieces with large pave-set leaf-like elements gushing out.
“Imaginary Nature represents an exhilarating yet elegant display of evolution, inspired by the beauty of transformations within nature, which are realized in a story of metamorphosis," said collection designer Hollie Bonneville-Barden about the inspiration behind the creations.
"Each piece reveals a unique gesture inspired by the essence of nature. With the diamond as our muse, the collection is centered on diamonds of character, focused on pears and baguettes to create a language of movement and fluidity.”
Francois Delage, CEO of De Beers Diamonds Jewellers, said they wanted to "truly establish our legitimacy as a jeweler and to express our vision through a strong creative and contemporary gesture."
