Angola Planning to Build Diamond Museum

April 22, 14 by Albert Robinson

(IDEX Online) – Angola plans to build a Diamond Museum at a cost of $715 million which is due to take around three years to complete.

The announcement was made by Antonio Sumbula, Chairman of the country’s national diamond company Endiama.

The construction project has been approved by Angola’s Commission on Social Policy of the Council of Ministers.

The museum building will include seven floors in the center of the capital, Luanda, and aims to tell the story of the formation of diamonds, and other issues related to diamonds.
