Russia May Establish Diamond Bourse in Vladivostok

(IDEX Online News) – Russia may establish its first diamond bourse in the eastern city of Vladivostok, according to media reports.
Yuri Trutnev, Russian deputy prime minister, and a former minister of Natural Resources, told TASS that the city was prime choice because of its proximity to China and Japan.
“We have Japan and China nearby… they are interested, I have discussed it with them,” he said. “We need to find experts in this field. It is a quite narrow circle of people.”
