ALROSA Appoints New United Selling Organization Director

(IDEX Online News) – ALROSA has appointed Oleg Petrov as director of its United Selling Organization (USO), effective immediately.

Petrov joined ALROSA last year as adviser of the company's president. Previously, he was sales and marketing director at PJSC Uralkali (a potash fertilizer and producer) in charge of commercial activities.

USO is the division of ALROSA responsible for the sorting, valuation, pre-sale preparation and sale of diamonds.
