Tara Jewels and Fabrikant Discussing Cooperation

Diamond Trading Company (DTC) Sightholders M. Fabrikant of New York and Tara Jewels of Mumbai are in discussions about possible areas of cooperation. A possible outcome of these talks is that one of Fabrikant’s subsidiaries will be sold to Tara.

A spokesperson for Tara denied earlier reports that the company has taken control of Fabrikant-Leer International (FLI) for an undisclosed sum. FLI manufactures and markets diamond jewelry.
