The conference was addressed by well-known prognosticators in retail, marketing and consumer behavior. The summit also offered a research panel discussion on customer segmentation, networking opportunities, and roundtable discussion groups, which focused on specific industry issues. In addition, private "boardrooms" allowed sponsors to present their products in one-on-one meetings with targeted retail attendees.
