DFI Auditors Resign; Moves Corporate HQ to Vancouver

Diamond Fields International Ltd (DFI) has announced that PriceWaterhouseCoopers has resigned as the company’s auditors, effective April 23. DFI commented that it was unaware of any unresolved issues outstanding with the auditors, and the appointment of the company’s new audit firm would be announced by the board in the coming weeks.

In addition, DFI noted that its head office has been moved from South Africa back to Vancouver, B.C.
