Underwood was spotted wearing the ring, designed by jeweler Johnathon Arndt, last Monday at an Ottawa Senators hockey game.
The American Idol alumna is a fan of Arndt’s designs, having worn accessories such as a 28 carat diamond pendant necklace when she hosted the 2009 Country Music Awards in November.
