C. Mahendra Moving Forward with Public Issuance

C. Mahendra Exports Limited, a Mumbai-based diamond and jewelry manufacturer, intends to go public and started filing the needed documents, the company announced.

In a brief emailed message to the press, the company said it filed on Wednesday a draft Red Herring Prospectus for the public issue of C. Mahendra Exports Limited today.

A Red Herring Prospectus is a document submitted by a company that intends on having a public offering of securities. Most frequently associated with an Initial Public Offering (IPO), a Red Herring Prospectus does not have complete particulars on the price of the securities offered and quantum of securities offered.
