GJEPC’s Mines to Market Conference Opens Thursday

India’s Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council’s (GJEPC) international diamond conference is to open Thursday morning with a welcome address by GJEPC chairman Sanjay Kothari. The conference will cover an array of topics concerning the diamond and jewelry industry.

Following the opening sessions, the first day of the conference will hold three sessions:

• Rough Producers’ Strategies for the Immediate Future,
• Dilemmas Before Manufacturing Centres,
• Towards a More Responsible Diamond Industry.

Five sessions will be held on the second day:
