Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association Postpones September Fair

(IDEX Online News) – The Thai Gem and Jewelry Traders Association (TGJTA) announced that the proposed inaugural Thailand Gems and Jewelry Fair has been postponed until 2017.
The fair was supposed to take place from September 7-11, but due to a dispute regarding the organization venue, the TGJTA has informed prospective participants that it has not been able to secure the necessary space. It had hoped to have resolved the issue, but an agreement could not be reached with the venue.
The TGJTA has shifted its focus and has begun planning to secure another exhibition venue. They said they were confident that the move would provide greater benefits and a better fair for Thai gem and jewelry members.
