OGI Systems Incorporating new AGS Cut Grading Standards

Diamond tools maker OGI Systems will incorporate the American Gem Society (AGS) cut grading standards in their diamond designs, manufacturing and grading products.

The AGS Performance Grading Software (PGS) is the product of five years of research, developed by the AGS Cut Grade team and is the current methodology used in the AGS laboratory.

This software analyzes light performance by ray-tracing the polished diamond measured by the OGI machine, considering every angle of the diamond.
