Lili Diamonds Unveils the Meteor Cut

The Meteor Cut is a decagonal shaped cut with 10 straight walls built of 71 facets

(IDEX Online News) - In the midst of its rebranding effort, Tel Aviv-based Lili Diamonds introduced a new diamond cut, the Meteor Cut. The cut draws its inspiration from the company’s celestial branding, Lili said during the launch at the Hong Kong jewelry fair.

The new diamond cut has a decagonal shape, and its 10 straight walls are built of 71 facets. The company said it took ten months to overcome the technical challenges of cutting the diamond so that it radiates dazzling brilliance.

On March 6, Lili Diamonds held a party in the Grand Foyer area of the Hong Kong jewelry exhibition celebrating the launch of the company’s rebranding, inspired by space. During the event, Lili presented the company’s new website and new cut diamond.

“The Meteor Cut has already been presented to our clientele, and although we knew it has great marketing potential, we were astounded by their response and enthusiasm,” said Dotan Siman Tov, managing director of Lili Diamonds.

According to marketing manager Nadav Attar, Lili will soon present another component of the company’s digital branding.
