(IDEX Online News) – Indian jewelry retailer Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited (TBZ) has been awarded the prestigious MACCIA Award 2013 for Excellence in Entrepreneurship – Large Enterprise in Gems & Jewellery category.

 

TBZ Ltd Chairman and Managing Director Shrikant Zaveri received the award from Agriculture Minister Sharad Pawar.

 

The annual MACCIA Awards aim to recognize and reward the work of organizations that have had a positive impact on the state of Maharashtra.

 

TBZ, established 150 years ago, produces gold and diamond jewelry, and has won a range of Indian and international jewelry design and industry awards.

 

The firm has recently opened 11 stores, bringing to 26 the number of its outlets in 20 cities in seven states.
