Blue Nile Launches Designer Collective

(IDEX Online News) – Online jewelry behemoth Blue Nile has launched the Blue Nile Designer Collective, a showcase of established designers and emerging talent available on its website.

The Collective includes rings, earrings, pendants, and bracelets ranging in price from $55 to $6,000.

"The Designer Collective raises the profile of a group of incredibly talented designers and offers our customers a more bespoke product assortment," said Blue Nile chief merchandising officer, Julie Yoakum.

The designers partnering with Blue Nile include Anne Sportun, Bree Richey, Denise James and Robert Leser.

This is not the company’s first foray into designer collaborations. In October 2012, Blue Nile partnered with bridal designer Monique Lhuillier to launch Monique Lhuillier Fine Jewelry, a curated collection of engagement rings and wedding bands. In October 2013, the line was expanded to include earrings, necklaces and pendants.
