Salant Brothers Take Full Ownership of Sightholder Fabrikant-Salant

Brothers Avner and Yigal Salant have taken full ownership of Fabrikant & Salant Group, renaming it Salant Group Ltd.. They purchased M. Fabrikant’s holding in their company.
“The diamond industry has been, and still is, experiencing rapid changes in the business environment,” said Salant Group CEO Avner Salant. “To keep our leadership we must adjust our business model accordingly. We are very excited about this change and believe it will provide Salant Group with many opportunities.”
Established by the Salant brothers in 1986, the company is a diamond manufacturer and a DTC Sightholder.
